Is this really free?
Yes. Apartment communities pay locators a referral fee from their marketing budget when a renter we refer signs a lease. You never pay us, and your rent is the same whether you use us or walk in alone.
How does the $200 rebate work?
Start your search with us, tell every community that DFW Apartment Co. referred you at first contact, sign a lease of six months or longer, and move in. Once the community pays our invoice, typically 45–90 days after move-in, we send your $200 within five business days.
What if I already toured somewhere?
Tell us which communities. If you haven't listed a referral source with them yet we can often still register you. If you have, we'll be upfront that we can't earn a fee there, and we'll still help you compare it against other options.
Do you only work in Tarrant County?
For now, yes, on purpose. We'd rather know every community in North Richland Hills, HEB, Keller, north Fort Worth, and Arlington than be thin across ten counties.
