Privacy policy

Effective September 2026. DFW Apartment Co. ("we") collects the information you give us to find you an apartment: contact details, move timing, budget, preferences, and optional notes about your rental qualifications.

How we use it

To contact you about your search by phone, text, and email.
To register you as our referral with apartment communities you choose to tour or apply to.
To pay rebates and referral bonuses.
To improve our service, including aggregate, de-identified reporting about the rental market.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information.
We share it only with apartment communities you ask us to contact on your behalf, our sponsoring broker as required by Texas law, and service providers that run our systems (hosting, database, email, and text messaging).

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Email hello@dfwapartmentco.com to access, correct, or delete your information.
