I'm Christian Brown, a Texas-licensed real estate agent based in North Richland Hills. Before this I spent years building marketing and CRM systems for large companies, and I started DFW Apartment Co. because apartment hunting in Tarrant County is harder than it should be: listing sites are stale, specials change weekly, and nobody tells you about the highway noise.

We work one county deep instead of ten counties thin. We call the communities, log the specials and fee terms, and give you an honest short list with the downsides included. Communities pay our fee, and we share it with you.
